HDGamingRoom Update

Hi guy and gals, sorry its been a while since I posted anything but hopefully it becoming more regular. I thought maybe an update was in order of what is happening with the HDGamingRoom and what we have coming up. So here is a list of what I have bought over the past few weeks and what you can expect from it

I have also rented Batman Arkham Asylum, so expect some gameplay footage of that up soon. I would also like to thank my friend Jamie for his generous donation of Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3 (1 being the re-make) for the Nintendo Gamecube to the HDGamingRoom, it is much appreciated. I was thinking of starting a new series called RetroGamingRoom, so this donation will probably be the start of that. Also I have stumbled across another fellow gamer that does great, original videos named KPea (link below), so you should definiatly go and check out her channel. The main reason for mentioning this is a while ago she posted a video called 'A Brief Gaming History' (link also below) which I thought was such a good idea for a video that I will be posting my gaming history in the up coming weeks. Mafia 2 Demo Gameplay

Released on PSN+ on the 10th August 2010 and 24 hours later on regular PSN, XBOX Live and the PC, Mafia 2 emerges players in the amazing world of 1950's Empire Bay (A New York setting). The player takes control of a World War II veteran called Vito Scaletta where in this demo the player meets a guy named Henry. Henry has asked Vito to help him with a hit that's going down across the river, but we all know its never that easy. Played on the Playstation 3 and recorded with the Black Magic Intensity Pro, enjoy this gripping introduction to the life of the Mafia.

Finally, we made to the other end of the bridge were Zoe, Francis and Louis (where's Bill?) are waiting for us. To the lower the bridge we must fill up the generator using the scattered petrol containers. Played on the maximum settings join us for this thrilling finale of the Left 4 Dead 2 DLC, The Passing.

Starting off with the introduction of Zoe, a playable character from the original Left 4 Dead, players must make there way to the opposite end of the bridge, seems easy enough right? Wrong, with the streets here still crawling with the infected this isn't going to be a walk in the park. Just Cause 2 Top of The World Trophy Guide

Hi guys and gals, me here again with another Just Cause 2 trophy/achievement guide, which will be the last one (unless I get a request). I'm going to show you how to get the 'Top of The World' trophy/achievement which requires you to stand on the highest point in Panau. This is a very easy trophy/achievement to get. Simply fly to the highest mountain (co-ordinates below) and land on the top. There is a Ular Skull up on top of the mountain too so you will know that you are in the right place. Just Cause 2 Stunt Driver Trophy Guide

Hi guys, another Just Cause 2 trophy/achievement guide here showing you a quick and easy way on getting the 'Stunt Driver' trophy. To get this trophy/achievement the player must get over 100 stunt points. Now, stunt points can be achieved in many ways such as driving fast and doing stunt jumps to name a few. However, by far the easiest way to get this trophy/achievement is to drive over to Panau International Airport (co-ordinates below) and tether your car to a Aeroliner 474 that is about to take off. Simply get back in your car and enjoy the ride. Remember not to press the L1 button (the grappling hook button for those of you on other systems) as it will cause the tether to break. Just Cause 2 I Believe I Can Fly Trophy Guide

This is a quick and easy way to get the 'I Believe I Can Fly' trophy on Just Cause 2. This trophy/achievement requires you to base jump 1000 meters, which basically means you must jump off something solid e.g. a mountain and fall without opening your parachute until you reach 1000 meters. Base Jumps won't count if you jump out of helicopters or planes at high altitudes. To get this trophy then simply go to the hot air balloon (co-ordinates below) go as high as you can and jump out. As you can see I get way over 1000 meters but if you don't go as high make sure you only pull your parachute after 1000 meters, otherwise you will not get the trophy/achievement. Resident Evil 5 Benchmark

Just thought I would do a little benchmark test so here it is. This is Resident Evil 5 benchmark version running in 720p, DirectX 11 and at 55-60 FPS, which is partly due to Fraps. Without using Fraps I get 60+ FPS but anyway it is still at a very playable frame rate. For those of you that don't know, the benchmark version is a computer controlled demo meaning I am not controlling any of the characters on the screen.
